About the Event

We'll be joined by Charlie Camosy of Fordham University to discuss his vocation as a moral theologian and his upcoming book, How Secularized Medicine is Undermining Fundamental Human Equality. 

The symposium is open to all early-career Catholic moral theologians or early-career scholars doing work in Catholic moral theology: 

  • ABD doctoral candidates
  • Contingent faculty within 7 years of doctoral graduation
  • Pre-tenure full-time faculty
  • Independent scholars within 7 years of doctoral graduation

IMPORTANT for 2021 Symposium: Due to COVID, Moreau Seminary is requiring proof of (full) vaccination for all guests of the seminary, including our group. As of right now, Moreau is additionally requiring masking and distancing inside, though the requirements for masking and distancing could change depending on federal and local guidelines.
