About the Event

We'll be joined by Charlie Camosy of Fordham University to discuss his vocation as a moral theologian and his upcoming book, How Secularized Medicine is Undermining Fundamental Human Equality. 

The symposium is open to all early-career Catholic moral theologians or early-career scholars doing work in Catholic moral theology: 

  • ABD doctoral candidates
  • Contingent faculty within 7 years of doctoral graduation
  • Pre-tenure full-time faculty
  • Independent scholars within 7 years of doctoral graduation

IMPORTANT for 2021 Symposium (UPDATED 6/21/21): Moreau Seminary is no longer requiring full vaccination for all guests of the seminary. Seminary guests who are fully vaccinated (and who show proof of full vaccination) do not need to wear masks. Seminary guests who are not fully vaccinated, or who do not wish to show proof of full vaccination, are required to wear masks at all times inside, except when actively eating or in their own room.
